Chat GPT is a language model and not giving context will hurt the results you receive. While you are checking out Midjourney on Discord swing by the GPT “prompt library” channel and see prompts people have been experimenting with to get a better understanding of how to engage with Chat GPT.
It helps to think of "who, what, when, where, why, and how" to narrow down your prompting.
Think of Chat GPT as an expert on prompting itself. You can ask it if it can help you do "xyz" and get information from it directly on how to do it. For example, you can ask "if I wanted to do this - what would I have to do to get the result?" and Chat GPT will breakdown the types of questions to ask.
Once you get the results you want you can ask "what is the prompt if I wanted to have you do this again" and it will show you the prompt so you can better understand for future questions.
Also, think about looking into the different plugins available for chrome to supercharge your workflow. You can save commonly used presets, etc.
These are just a few tips and we will be discussing more in depth in the Linkedin group.
